Barbara Birgis is a professional photographer who has been working in the field for over 20 years. She graduated from the The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in the USA in 1999 with Associate of Science in Photography. At the graduation she won the Award of Best Portfolio in the program of Photography. Barbara ran and owned a very popular portrait studio in Reykjavík, Iceland for 5 years. She closed the business when she moved abroad in 2005. Barbara now lives on the Costa Blanca in a small village called Algorfa.
